RULES PRIMER SHOWS HOW MUCH WE DON'T KNOW
IWON'T EXAGGERATE and call it rocket science, just because I got eight out
of 15 questions wrong. But after going through the NBA officials' preseason
media session before last night's exhibition game between the 76ers and New
Jersey Nets, I understand that I don't know close to what I thought I knew
about how and why NBA games are called as they are.

Wouldn't it be nice if all reporters, had to take a rules, test before
they could publish.
